Call to Order and Roll Call Approval of Minutes: May 12, 2026 PZB Meeting Public Comment: For matters not on the agenda General Communications: May 18, 2026 City Council meeting results: • Consideration of an Ordinance Approving a Conditional Use for a Commercial School for Central Scholar Academy at 1585 Ellinwood Street – 2nd Reading and Approved (from the April 14, 2026 PZB recommendation) Administrative Decisions: • 26-026-V - 1603 Stockton Ave - To vary the maximum 4 foot tall fence height in a corner side yard in Section 12-8- 2.A.2 permitting an 6 foot tall solid fence within the side yard. – Denied – 1. The fence can be lowered to 4.0 feet & 50% open or remain at a height of 6 feet w/ a solid design at a minimum setback of 10.0 feet. 2. There are no other nonconforming/noncompliant fences along the adjacent blocks near Arndt Park. Pending Applications: 1.
