July 6, 2026 City Council meeting results:
• Consideration of text amendments to the Zoning Ordinance relating to signage for cannabis business establishments –
2nd Reading Approved (from the May 26, 2026 PZB recommendation)
• Consideration of a Preliminary Planned Unit Development, Tentative Plat, and Conditional Use at 240, 280, and 310
Potter Road – 2nd Reading Approved As Amended (from the May 12, 2026 PZB recommendation)
• Consideration of a Conditional Use for 301 W Oakton Street – Approved and 2nd Reading scheduled for July 20, 2026
