CONSENT AGENDA
1. FIRST READING – ORDINANCE M-14-26: Approving a New Class M Liquor License (Gas Station –
Retail Only/Off-Site Consumption Only) for 1222 DP, Inc. at 1222 Lee Street
2. RESOLUTION R-168-26: Awarding the Bid for the Core and Shell Restaurant Package Project to Paul Borg
Construction Company in the Amount of $10,406,000 plus a 10% Contingency Fund for a Total Project Cost of
$11,446,600. Funded by 2026 and 2027 Facilities Replacement Fund. (Postponed from 7/20/2026 City Council
Agenda)
3. RESOLUTION R-175-26: Authorizing Second Annual Payment to SpeedLink Solutions, Inc. for Backup
Server Maintenance and Cloud Storage Services in the amount of $116,883.72. Budgeted Funds – IT R&M
Equipment.
4. RESOLUTION R-176-26: Waiving Competitive Bidding and Awarding the Bid for the 678 Lee Street Exterior
Façade Restoration Project to Otto Baum Company, Inc., Morton, Illinois in the Amount of $1,521,195 with a
5% Contingency Fund for a Total Project Cost of $1,597,254.75. Funding for this Expenditure will be from
the 2026 Facilities Replacement Fund.
